station.The site was to be excavated to form a lower level parking area and the structure erected whilst
trading was not interrupted.This involved close working with the structural engineer, the architect, all the service engineers and
the client to provide a phased construction.Philip Duncan as CDM co-ordinator was responsible for ensuring that all parties provided a safe
constructible solution with a minimum of risk to shoppers, staff, construction workers and the general public.The project was shelved in the economic downturn.
