Philip Duncan has worked on a variety of CDM projects from minor store refurbishments to £120m mixed development project for Tesco in London.

Current Projects include:-

- Demolition and Construction of new aircraft hangars at RAF Syerston. Newark

- The Construction of a new 25m small arms range for the Army at Chetwynd Barracks, Nottingham.

Major redevelopment works for British Sugar at Cantley, Norfolk
